We hope you love your Nice Cream purchase. However, if it isn’t quite right, full-priced items may be returned for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Sale items are non-returnable.
For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if they are completely unworn and unused. Earrings, along with selected necklaces and bracelets, are fitted with a hygiene seal or security tag. Items cannot be returned once this seal or tag has been removed, broken or tampered with. If our returns team finds signs of wear or a removed seal or tag, the item will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost and no refund will be issued.
We are unable to offer exchanges. If you require a different size, colour or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
We cover all duties for USA, Canada & Europe. No Extra Charges!
Depending on your delivery country and the service selected, duties and taxes may either be included at checkout or charged locally upon arrival.
Where duties or taxes are not included, the recipient is responsible for paying any charges requested by the local customs authority or delivery provider.
Any duties, customs charges or taxes paid separately on delivery cannot be refunded by Nice Cream London.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned when they are completely unworn and unused.
Where a hygiene seal is attached, it must remain intact and in its original position. Removing, breaking or tampering with the hygiene seal means the earrings can no longer be returned.
Please do not try earrings on unless you are certain that you intend to keep them.
What materials is your jewellery made from?
Materials vary between products and are listed on each individual product page.
Our collections may include brass, sterling silver, sterling silver posts, 14k gold plating, white-gold-tone plating, cubic zirconia, freshwater pearls and shell pearls.

How should I care for my jewellery?
To help preserve your jewellery:
