Black Friday Offer Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Black Friday promotional discounts offered by Nice Cream London.

1. Promotional Codes

The following discount codes are valid during the Black Friday promotional period only:

• BF1: Buy 1 piece, save 20%

• BF3: Buy 3 or more pieces, save 25%

• BF5: Buy 5 or more pieces, save 30%

Discounts apply to full-price items only and cannot be combined with any other offer.

2. Returns Policy for Discounted Orders

Customers may return items in accordance with our standard returns policy. However, if items are returned from a discounted order, the refund amount will be adjusted as follows:

• If returning items results in the order no longer meeting the minimum threshold for the discount originally applied, the discount will be recalculated based on the remaining items.

• Any difference between the original discount and the recalculated discount will be deducted from the refund.

Examples:

• A customer buys 3 items and uses BF3 (25% off).

If they return 1 item, the order now qualifies only for BF1 (20% off).

The refund will reflect the price of the returned item minus the difference between the 25% and 20% discount applied across the remaining items.

• A customer buys 5 items with BF5 (30% off).

If they return 2 items, the order now qualifies for BF3 (25% off).

The refund will be adjusted to reflect the reduction from 30% to 25% discount.

3. Exchanges

If an item is exchanged rather than returned for a refund, the original discount will remain valid as long as the number of items in the order does not decrease below the threshold of the applied code.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Promotion Period

Black Friday promotions are valid for a limited time only. Nice Cream London reserves the right to change or withdraw offers at any time.

6. General Terms

• Discounts have no cash value.

• Offer valid only on orders placed through nicecreamlondon.com.

• In the case of misuse, fraud, or error, Nice Cream London may cancel or adjust any order at its discretion.
